Memi'S Tex-Mex Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 pkg. chili mix
    1 can (16 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 can water
    1 to 2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 clove chopped garlic
Preparation
    Brown ground
    meat; drain.
    Add chili mix, tomato sauce and water.
    Mix
    flour\twith
    a little water and add to sauce. Add chili powder and garlic.
    Simmer at least 20 minutes.
    Add more water if too thick.
