Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. mashed cooked pumpkin
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Thoroughly combine the pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices.
    Blend in eggs, milk and evaporated milk.
    Pour into unbaked pastry shell (have edges crimped high; filling is generous).
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake another 40 minutes, or until inserted knife comes out clean.
    Cool.
