Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    1 1/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. chopped onion (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 container (8 oz.) sour cream
    12 slices bacon
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Fry or microwave bacon until crisp; cool and crumble into large bowl.
    Add shredded cheese.
    Stir together all remaining ingredients; add to bacon and cheese.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes; then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for another 30 minutes.
    Cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.
