Swiss Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. milk chocolate caps
    1 lb. white chocolate caps
    1 c. warm light cream
    3/4 c. walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Melt chocolates in microwave oven.
    Do not cook.
    After chocolate is melted, pour the warm cream in slowly.
    Stir well with electric mixer.
    Add walnuts, if used.
    Pour in 9 x 9-inch pan coated with butter.
    Cool for 2 hours before cutting.
    Delicious!
