California Blend Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. California Blend vegetables (cook as directed and strain)
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can celery or mushroom soup
Preparation

Put vegetables in 9 to 12-inch glass dish.
Mix in soup.
Put cheese on top, then melt butter and crushed crackers and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
I like the celery soup.
