Pink Cloud - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1 large pkg. strawberry gelatin
    9 oz. container whipped topping
    1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
Preparation
    Drain pineapple juice into saucepan; add gelatin.
    Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves.
    Cool to room temperature, then add other ingredients.
    Chill.
    Serve on lettuce.
