Pancake Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. Bisquick flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    2 1/3 c. water
    2 tsp. canned milk
Preparation
    Makes a 9 x 13-inch pancake.
    Add walnuts or raisins, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Add sugar and cinnamon on top of cake for topping before baking.
