Baklava - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 Cup Water
    1 Cinnamon Stick
    1 Cup Honey
    3 Cups Finely chopped almonds
    4 Cups Finely chopped walnuts
    1/2 Cup Sugar
    2 tsp. Grated Lemon Peel
    2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
    1 1/2 Cups Butter, melted
    1 lb. Prepared phyllo dough
Preparation
    1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
