Ginger Crinkles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Wesson oil (Canola or corn)
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. molasses (very dark)
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 c. sugar for dipping
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Chill if necessary.
    Form into balls and roll in granulated sugar.
    (I prefer medium-size cookies and scoop up 1 tablespoon of dough for each ball.)
    Place on cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
    Cookies will flatten and crinkle. Delicious!
