Chocolate Fudge Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter
    1/3 cup corn syrup (light or dark)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 cup cocoa
    1/3 cup milk
    3 3/4 cup (1 lb.) confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter, add syrup, salt, and vanilla;
    blend.
    Stir in cocoa.
    Add milk and sugar alternately, beating until smooth and creamy after each addition.
    Add enough milk to make a good spreading consistency.
    Yield: 2 1/3 cups.
    Will frost, fill, and border 1 (10 inch) round, 2 layer cake.
