Lo-Cal Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 cabbage, shredded
4 c. tomato juice
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain.
Combine all ingredients in casserole dish.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
