Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. lemon peel
    4 large egg yolks
    1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan.
    Gradually whisk in water until smooth.
    Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Gradually whisk 1 cup hot mixture into beaten egg yolks.
    Return to heat.
    Add lemon juice and peel. Boil 1 minute.
    Add butter.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
