Creamy Potato Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. cream cheese
4 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
dash of salt and pepper

Preparation

Combine softened cheese and potatoes, mixing well. Add remaining ingredients.
Place in 1-quart casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
