Kahlua Pig - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. rock salt
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 cloves grated garlic
    1 tsp. grated ginger (or 2 tsp. powder ginger)
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    3 to 5 lb. pork roast
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and rub onto pork.\tAllow to stand 1 hour or more.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Wrap pork in foil & place in pan. Cook 4 hours until well done.
    Unwrap and shred.
    In crock pot, pour mixture over pork.
    Cook overnight on low heat.
