Chicken Fried Cube Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cube steak
buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
vegetable oil
salt, pepper and flour
Preparation

Mix eggs with buttermilk.
Marinate steak in buttermilk for approximately 1 hour.
Drop each piece in flour and coat well. Heat vegetable oil in large electric skillet to 275\u00b0.
Fry steak to a golden brown on both sides.
