Spice Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. salad oil
3 eggs
1 junior jar prunes (with tapioca) or 2 small jars
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Put all ingredients in a large bowl.
Beat on medium speed with hand mixer until well blended (do not overmix).
Bake in a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch greased and lightly floured pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
