Danish Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 yeast cake, dissolved in lukewarm water
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 qt. milk
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar.
    Blend with flour and salt.
    Add lukewarm milk and yeast.
    Mix to make dough not too hard and not too soft. Add 4 tablespoons melted butter so it won't stick.
    Pat with flour all over.
    Let rise for 2 hours.
    Grease cookie sheets.
    Place flour mixed with cinnamon on a board.
    Divide dough into thin rolls and roll in mixture on board.
    Cut and make pinwheels. Place on cookie sheet; let rise again 1 hour.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Tops can be punched out and filled with jam or pie filling.
