Sour Cream Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pieces chicken breast
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 stack round buttery crackers
    1 stick melted butter
Preparation
    Place chicken in saucepan.
    Add water to cover; cook gently until tender, 40 to 50 minutes.
    Cool.
    Cut into bite-size pieces. Place in buttered baking dish.
    Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken.
    Crush crackers and mix with melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
