Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/4 plus 1/3 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/3 c. melted shortening
1 egg
3/4 c. drained blueberries
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease muffin pan.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Add shortening and egg; mix well.
Add milk and stir until flour disappears.
Stir in blueberries.
Pour into muffin cups.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
