Country Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    4 c. cooked potatoes, cubed
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    6 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
Preparation
    Cook bacon in skillet until crisp.
    Remove from skillet and pour off fat.
    Add potatoes, pepper and onion to skillet.
    Cook until lightly browned.
    Pour eggs over potatoes.
    Cover and cook until eggs are suitably firm.
    Sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Cover and heat until cheese melts.
