Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground round
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. minced onion
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 can consomme
Preparation
-
Mix together all ingredients and form into balls.
Bake, uncovered, in single layer in large pan for 30 to 45 minutes until brown and done.
Heat 1 can consomme with 1 can of water.
Add to cooked meatballs and serve.
