Turkey-Green Beans Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen French-style green beans
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. mayonnaise
grated peel and juice of 1 lemon
2 c. cubed cooked turkey
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook green beans according to package directions; drain (or use canned green French-style beans).
Melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour, salt, pepper and mustard.
Add milk.
Cook, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened.
Remove from heat. Fold in mayonnaise, lemon peel and juice.
Stir in turkey. Spread green beans in bottom of shallow baking dish.
Pour in turkey sauce mixture.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
