Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. skirt steak
    1/2 c. lime juice
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. tequila
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. ground red chili
Preparation
    Cut steaks into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Mix lime juice, oil, tequila and spices.
    Pour over meat.
    Marinate 4 hours, turning often.
    Grill meat 5 to 10 minutes each side.
    Slice meat against grain in 1/4-inch strips.
    Place meat in warm tortillas and garnish as desired.
    Roll up to eat.
    Garnish with salsa, guacamole, cilantro or sour cream.
    Serves 8 to 10.
