Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
    1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients together and pour in pie shell.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
