Grilled Oriental Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. water
    1 oz. soy sauce
    1 oz. dry white wine
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    2 (8 to 10 oz.) strip steaks or beef tenderloin
Preparation
    Blend spices in a closeable container.
    Place steaks in.
    Blend and brush over meat.
    Refrigerate overnight to marinate.
    Preheat gas grill to high, then add steaks to sear outside.
    Flip over; continue cooking until your desired doneness.
