1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix cream cheese with enough mayonnaise to soften.
Combine all ingredients and spread on small squares or bridge cut-outs of pumpernickel bread.
