Snappy Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Cracker Barrel extra sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 cloves garlic
    stale beer
    salt
    Tabasco
Preparation
    Grind cheese with garlic.
    Add salt and Tabasco to taste. Add stale beer to desired consistency. Let sit out in open container for 24 hours. Cover and refrigerate.
