Cheese Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. extra sharp cheese
    2 sticks margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of red pepper
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix cheese and margarine.
    Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Divide into 4 balls and roll into logs.
    Chill and slice 1/2-inch thick. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    (Better if chilled overnight.)
