Fiesta Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. stuffing mix
    1 1/2 c. cooked and cubed chicken
    1 large tomato, chopped
    3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped green chilies
    salsa
    sour cream
Preparation
    Beat eggs in large bowl; stir in milk.
    Add remaining ingredients except sour cream and salsa; mix well.
    Pour into greased 9-inch glass pie plate; cover with wax paper.
    Microwave on High 5 minutes; stir.
    Microwave 4 minutes or until center is no longer wet.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Serve immediately with salsa and sour cream.
    Makes 6 servings.
