Ragout Of Veal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. veal round steak*
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, quartered
    3 to 4 sprigs parsley
    5 whole black peppercorns
    1/4 tsp. each: dried thyme and chervil leaves
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. whipping cream
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 lb. tiny fresh mushrooms
Preparation
