Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Sevan Down cake flour
    3 sticks butter
    3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. 7-Up soda (room temperature)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    5 eggs
Preparation
    Have all ingredients at room temperature.
    Cream butter and sugar together; add eggs, one at a time.
    Sift cake flour; add to mixture.
    Add 7-Up soda.
    Beat batter until fluffy.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
