Apple Pecan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    4 c. peeled, chopped apples
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs at medium speed until thick and pale.
    Gradually add sugar, beating until blended.
    Add oil and vanilla; beat at low until blended.
    Combine flour and next 3 ingredients; add to beaten mixture.
    Stir until blended.
    Stir in apples and pecans. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 25 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    Cool in cake pan on wire rack for 5 minutes.
    Remove from pan and cool completely.
    Yields one 10-inch cake.
