Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground meat
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, unbeaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    3/4 c. milk or tomato juice
Preparation
    Place meat in bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Pack the mixture in a 1 1/2-quart loaf pan.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven on lower rack for 1 hour.
    Pour off any fat that may have accumulated.
    Serve hot or cold.
    Mixture can be divided into 6 cups of a muffin tin.
    Bake 30 minutes.
