Pepper Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 green peppers
12 red peppers
1 hot pepper
6 onions
3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 quart vinegar
Preparation

Take seeds out of peppers and then put through food processor with onions.
Boil the water and then pour over the pepper and onion mixture.
Let this stand until cool.
Use cheesecloth to squeeze out water. Boil the vinegar and sugar together for 15 minutes.
Pour over the peppers and cook for 20 minutes.
Seal while hot in canning jars.
