Walnut Jam Crescents(No Sugar) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. oleo
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. walnuts
    2/3 c. diet raspberry jam
Preparation
    Combine flour with salt.
    Cut in butter until fine particles. Add sour cream and mix to a stiff dough.
    Divide into 2 even-size portions.
    Wrap in wax paper and chill.
    Chop walnuts fine.
    Roll each portion to an 11-inch round.
    Spread with 1/2 cup jam and sprinkle with nuts.
    Cut in quarters, then each quarter into 3 wedges.
    Roll up one at a time, starting from outer edge, and place on lightly greased sheet.
    Repeat with second pastry round.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, until lightly browned.
    Cool.
    Makes 2 dozen.
