Sausage, Biscuits And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    36 oz. country sausage (Jimmy Dean with sage)
    12 oz. milk
    1 qt. whole milk
    flour to thicken (approximately 5 Tbsp.)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown sausage in pan; season as desired.
    Add whole milk and bring to a boil.
    Blend 12 ounces milk with flour to thicken. Pour this over boiling milk and sausage.
    Bring to boil again and simmer until thickened.
