Dutch Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar or molasses
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Lightly mix ground beef with bread crumbs, onion, 1/2 can tomato sauce, egg, salt and pepper. Form into loaf. Place in shallow pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours. Combine 1/2 can tomato sauce, water, mustard and sugar. Pour over meat loaf, basting occasionally.
    Serves 4 to 6.
