    15 lb. beef
    10 lb. carrots
    5 bunches celery
    10 lb. white potatoes
    3 lb. white onions
    2 (46 oz.) cans V-8 juice
    1 pkg. instant tapioca
    salt to taste
    pepper
    1/2 c. sugar
