Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. water
    8 Tbsp. butter
    sweet potatoes
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Wash potatoes.
    Cook in salted water with skins for 10 to15 minutes.
    Drain and peel.
    Cut in half.
    Put in buttered dish.
    Rub with lemon juice.
    Boil sugar and water for 3 minutes.
    Add butter to boiling water.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    No cover.
