Roy'S Catfish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped fat back
    2 lb. diced white potatoes
    diced onions
    16 oz. tomato soup
    1 small bottle tomato catsup
    hot sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Prepare fish in nuggets.
    Cook fat back until done.
    Add potatoes.
    Cook until done; add onions.
    Cook until done.
    Pour in tomato catsup.
    Add hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
    Add fish.
    Cook 15 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
