Paprikash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef, cut into 1 1/4-inch pieces
    2 large onions, thinly sliced
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. mushrooms, cut in half if large
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
    salad oil
Preparation
    Brown beef in 1 tablespoon oil in 4 to 5-quart Dutch oven until well browned.
    Remove from pan.
    Add 1 tablespoon oil to drippings and cook onions and mushrooms until lightly browned. Stir in paprika and cook one minute.
