Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (1 lb.) salmon, drained and finely flaked
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 c. finely diced day old bread, lightly packed
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine
    salmon,
    salt,
    dry
    milk and pepper.
    Stir in onion, eggs, bread and blend well.
    Then stir in hot water and butter. Press
    mixture
    into well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 until knife inserted near center comes out
    clean.
    Bake about 1 hour.
    Let cool in pan 10 minutes before turning out.
