Melting Moments - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    1/3 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar and beat well. Add flour and cornstarch beating until smooth. Drop by teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 10 minutes (they do not brown). Cool slightly, remove to wire rack and cool. Add frosting to top. Yields 8 to 9 dozen.
