Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 c. brown sugar
 
1 c. oleo (2 sticks)
1/2 c. corn syrup or honey
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
6 qt. unsalted popcorn
Preparation
- 
                            In saucepan, combine brown sugar, oleo, corn syrup or honey and salt.
 
Boil for 5 minutes or to a hard boil.
Add vanilla and soda.
Mix with popped popcorn.
Spread on 2 cookie sheets and bake in 200\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Stir every 15 minutes.
Store in airtight container to keep crisp.
