Baked Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. coarsely grated scraped carrots
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper (optional)
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine (1/2 stick)
Preparation

Place carrots in buttered casserole dish.
Sprinkle sugar, salt and pepper on top.
Dot with butter.
Cover; bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes (or until tender).
Serves 6 to 8.
