Danish Potato Salad With Dill - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. potatoes
1 c. plain yogurt (low-fat or fat-free)
1 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
1/4 c. minced green onion
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 large carrots, grated
1 large green pepper, diced
1/3 c. chopped fresh dill
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Wash potatoes.
In a large pot of boiling water, cook potatoes until tender.
Drain and let cool slightly.
Peel only if skins are tough.
Cut potatoes into thin slices.
