Tangy Chops And Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork loin chops, trimmed of fat
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. bottled Dijon salad dressing
1/2 (of 2 lb.) cabbage, coarsely shredded
1 large carrot, shredded
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Put half the salt and pepper on chops and brush with 2 tablespoons of the dressing.
Mix cabbage and carrot together in a baking dish.
Sprinkle on remaining salt and pepper.
Pour on remaining dressing.
Toss. Spread evenly over the bottom.
Place chops on top.
Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes or until tender.
