Butterflied Rack Of Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    basil
    vinegar
    salt and pepper
    dry mustard
    garlic
    1 tsp. ground or crushed coriander
Preparation
    Marinate lamb in sauce all day.
    Roast on grill.
    Leave pink inside and serve with potatoes (parboiled).
    Put in pan and baste in lamb marinade.
    Roast in oven at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
