Salty Deep Fried Chicken(Ga Chein Man) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken with skin (breast, thigh, drumstick, etc.)
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. ground black pepper
    1 small chopped onion
    4 cloves chopped garlic or 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. m.s.g.
    vegetable oil
    steam rice
Preparation
    Prepare rice and set aside.
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add chicken and coat them well.
    Marinate for about 3 to 5 hours; store in refrigerator.
    Deep-fry chicken until brown, about 10 minutes.
    Serve hot with rice.
    Makes 2 to 4 servings.
