Ingredients

1 onion
2 lb. potatoes
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. flour
few caraway seed (optional)
oil for frying
Preparation

Grate raw potatoes and onion.
Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Spoon mixture, about 3 spoonfuls according to desired size, into hot oil in frying pan.
Fry until both sides are crispy.
